Farm

We took a visit to my parent’s house while Jeff was in CA for work.  The drive down went very well as it was my first time with the 3 kids alone. Hattie took 2 naps and Owen took a little nap. He had a fever, which was too bad.  We played in the garden, ate from the garden, took a ride to see the cows, went to the bridge and threw rocks, played with the kitties and my favorite-caught fireflies at night. It was just amazing to see how many they were and Chase and Owen were amazed.  They caught so many!  Hattie was amazed at the cute kittens and wanted to chase after them.  She liked the flowers in the garden and got dirty trying to eat them.  She had a terrible time sleeping in the night and she and I were up from 11:45-2:45.  Then Chase and Owen came into my room and wanted to sleep with me. I got no sleep and was a mess.  The next day Owen still had a fever, Hattie had a fever and I said it was time to go.  ON the way home Chase started to feel yucky so by the time we got home all 3 were sick. It was the longest ride ever!  So glad to be home, but sad to leave the farm early.

 Owen loves tiger too!

We went and explored at the bridge.  It was amazing to see all the rock that had been pushed out with the flood. Made for good rock throwing.

I love this picture with the corn and blue sky in the background

It was very very hot but I still love this picture

 Sunny!
