Pumpkins

We love pumpkins at the Bergers! I grew several pumpkins this year, including the ones with Owen and Chase's names on them. It was fun to watch them grow and get clawed at by some unknown animal.

White Castle

I try my best, I really do, to feed my children foods that are good for them, that give proper nutritional value. So, to find myself at White Castle 2 weekends ago was ghastly. I can't tell you how terrible it was. I had never been to White Castle before and we were in need of food as we were out and about. The burgers were dripping in grease. They were sick. I'm talking a "good" burger type of grease. I'm talking a grease from fake disgusting meat. Because the boys were hungry I had to give them a bit of the hamburger. They wouldn't even eat it! Ha. Thank goodness my little ones did not ingest the crap we did.

Now that I'm back at work it's hard for me to keep up with the blog. I'm not as good at recording the day by day occurrences. I'll do my best.

Monkeying Around

Owen loves his football and often argues with Chase over who gets it.

Chase and Owen like to monkey around. They play under chairs, stack pop cans they found in the pantry, make funny faces and delight us with their antics. It must be fun to be little.

We've entered a new phase of development. The "fit", otherwise known as the Tantrum, phase. It's delightful. More on this to come.

Chase Walks!

Chase is such a big boy now, walking all over. He's so cute with his head sticking out trying to balance. It's fun to watch him take off and it has happened in just a matter of a few weeks. Now all he wants to do is walk, and with no help.

Chase and Owen like to color! At first they just threw the little crayon holders but now they actually like to make marks on paper with them. Since I love art projects this is a very welcome addition to their skills.

Sleepy Heads

This is how I found Jeff and Owen last Thursday morning. Isn't it sweet! Jeff and Kristen, my cousin, tag teamed and took care of the boys Thursday and Friday because our daycare provider was sick. Big thanks to Kristen!
