The Wisconsin Dells

On August 22-25th Jeff's parents took us all to the Wisconsin Dells.  I had never been before and it was just a blast!  We stayed at the Wilderness Resort, which was amazing.  The boys had a great time playing with their cousins, in the water, at the condo and outside.  We had a great time with the kids and acting like kids again at the pools and waterslides.  It was difficult to get many pictures because we were always in the water!  Jeff went down some waterslides that were too big for the boys.  We had to talk them into some of the slides and after going down they wanted to go again and again.  The first day Owen went down a smaller one by himself (I had to catch him) and the look on his face told me he was not doing it again!  Our family went on a lazy river, down a fun tube ride and on several other rides.  The last day Chase went down a slide by himself over and over and just loved it.  He had to have me catch him, however. :)

 

We had probably the best weather all summer!  If we go back we will probably never have weather like that again.  The men went on a Zip Line tour, Jeff and I went out to each, the whole family went out for a nice dinner and we had lots of play time.  It was a great family vacation!

Friday morning the kids were up and ready to go!  They watched some cartoons on the couch together.

Saturday we went to the bumper boats.  It was pretty quiet inside because of the nice weather outside.  Chase and Owen didn't get to experience the full fun of bumper boats because there wasn't anyone else on the boats, but they still had fun!

This grassy area was right outside our condo and was so fun at night.  The kids went out there and ran up and down the hills, threw their balls and just had a blast.

We attempted several family pictures.  It was getting so dark out, but we got a couple.  Owen had just hurt his knee so he was not too happy in these pictures.
