Lately

Lately . . .

The boys haven't wanted to sleep in the dark.  They like their lights left on.

They still love our CARS and CARS 2 cars.

After saying goodbye to me today, Owen ran back and said, "One more kiss".  Who can resist that?

After dropping off at speech yesterday I heard Owen yell, "Bye Mommy!"

Chase slept in Nana and Papa's room (the guest room) the other night.  He didn't get out of bed the entire night, but at 4:40 am he was in Jeff's face saying, "No more sleep Daddy."  He hasn't adjusted to the time change very well. :)

Chase's internal clock is amazing.  For about 2 weeks I hear him yell for me between 4:20 and 4:23 on the dot.  No joke, it's always within minutes.  Then I have to go in and tell him the rest of us are sleeping and he needs to go back to bed.  He's always been like this and I'm sure he'll continue to be.  Owen-he could sleep forever.

Two days ago Chase noticed his cowlick for the first time.  Jeff said he was in the bathroom washing his hands and looking at himself in the mirror.  Chase has been into making his hair look "nice" so he noticed the cowlick sticking up and tried to smooth it.  When it wouldn't go down he tried again and again.  Funny.
