The Final Days of Fall

We have had a wonderful fall.  For the most part the weather has been nice and warm and we've been outside a lot.  Chase and Owen finally became unafraid of these 4 wheelers and have been driving them to the park and all over.  Chase is still a bit hesitant so he rides with Owen.

I think Chase was thinking Owen was going to hit something, and by the direction of Owen's gaze, I think he's going to hit something too!

We've played a lot at our "park", which Jeff so wonderfully put together for the boys' birthday.

We picked some little pumpkins and Chase carried them around like babies.  He put them on the swing

And cuddled them

and looked at the baby baby pumpkin in wonder

A few weeks later Chase plopped himself down in the bushes and played for a bit.

Owen practiced throwing the ball.

The boys were scraping a "pider web" out of the bush.  They love/hate spiders and spider webs.
