Animals on the Farm

When we were at my parents' at the beginning of June we went to our neighbor's house to see their chickens, horse and kittens. 

 

Owen ate the carrot that was intended for the horse!

It was very windy!

Mommy helps Chase pet the horse.  Owen was scared and didn't want to see him.

Owen was very excited to see the kittens, however.  They were soooo cute!

He had a very orange messy face from eating the carrot.

 

Owen braved the one handed kitten hold.

Chase couldn't figure out how to pick up the kitten and get the right side up!  He laughed and laughed.

Love those eyes and that long hair!

Later that trip Nana let the boys help her make pancakes.  She said she forgot how much work it could be and how messy it would be!  It was pretty funny watching her put out fires all over place!
