no more

no more "goo" for bed.  Now it's "bet"
no more "greengo" for green. Now it's just "green"
no more "hhhh lilili" for big and little blankey, just bik and little blankey
no more "da" for "Chase,' now it's "Dase"
not always "Owey" for "Owen", now it's "Owen" (sometimes)
not always "Owey" for "Owen", now it's "brudu" (brother)

We still have "uh du du" (one more minute for Owen) and we still scream "Pee pee, Poo poo" when they have to use the bathroom.

Maybe some things will never change. . . .  I doubt it.

The Final Days of Fall

We have had a wonderful fall.  For the most part the weather has been nice and warm and we've been outside a lot.  Chase and Owen finally became unafraid of these 4 wheelers and have been driving them to the park and all over.  Chase is still a bit hesitant so he rides with Owen.

We've played a lot at our "park", which Jeff so wonderfully put together for the boys' birthday.

We picked some little pumpkins and Chase carried them around like babies.  He put them on the swing

A few weeks later Chase plopped himself down in the bushes and played for a bit.

Good Times

We have a lot of silly fun around our house.  Typically there is a lot of running, playing, laughing, tickling, etc.  Here are some pictures of the good times we have.

Owen is preparing for a cold winter-this is going to be his hat.

The boys love to play construction and love for us to wear hats along with them.  Daddy and Owen pound.

Before we went camping we got out my old air mattress to see if it held air. The boys had a blast laying on it.  We made popcorn and they got to watch TV one night while laying on the mattress.

One night we dressed up in costumes and ran around Chase's room like crazy.  The boys love to dress up and have a tail and play the part of the animal they are dressed like.  Owen runs like a cheetah.

I put some of my old nylons on Chase to see if this could function as a Halloween costume.  He looks pretty cute with his little legs all black.
