Christmas Eve 2010-Part 1

Christmas Eve is always an exciting day at the Bergers. I have fond memories of Christmas Eve as a child.  We would wake up and get ready to visit my Grandparents in Sioux City, IA.  All my aunts and uncles and cousins would be there and it was a crazy time.  26 some people would gather at Grandma's and share food, laughs, play, gifts and family time.  I cherished these times so Christmas Eve always brings about excitement in me.  

This year on Christmas Eve Day we took an early nap and woke the boys at 12:30 so we could dress them and get them to the early Christmas Eve service at church.  We enticed them with cookies.  Good parenting, right?  So, we put them in their little vests and gave them a cookie and set them in front of the tree to get some cute pictures.

Merry Christmas from the Bergers!

 After the Christmas Eve Service, which was packed and wonderful, we headed over to Pat and Lindsay's house for the night.  Nana and Papa were there too.  We played, ate a wonderful meal and opened gifts.  It was a fun night.
