Our 2nd Birthday Party

My parents, sister and brother-in-law came for the weekend to help us celebrate Chase and Owen's birthday!  We took them out on Lake Waconia and had a wonderful time.  We even got in the water.  It was a beautiful day.

On Saturday we had the Andersons and Bergers over for the party.  Jeff's brother and kids couldn't come because they got sick.  :(  We were sad they couldn't make it.  We had a good time, however.  Chase and Owen loved being surrounded by all the people who love them most. We felt very blessed to have everyone here to celebrate with us.  The Elmo cake was yummy and Chase and Owen adored their balloons, given to us by our neighbor!

A Wonderful Birthday

Chase and Owen had the best birthday!  They had a fun afternoon playing with Mommy, eating popsicles, seeing Grandma, getting cool horsey balloons, and then they got fun cupcakes!  After dinner Jeff and I gave them their trikes, which they LOVED!  It was fun to drive them around as we walked last night.  What a wonderful end to a super fun and memorable day.

Our Birthday at the Pool

We met our good friends at the pool today.  Chase and Owen had fun with Paige and Madison.  We ate birthday suckers and wore life jackets in the pool for the first time.  We jumped off the edge and even went under!  It was so much fun.

TWO!

Chase and Owen are 2!  My two babies are two!  It's so exciting.  We have a fun day ahead of us, check back to see the fun we have! 

This morning we opened a few gifts.  The bubbles were a hit and Owen LOVED the car ramp!  I can hear Chase saying "whoa, whoa" while running through the bubbles. 

We gave the boys an early birthday gift last weekend.  The big slide is a hit!
